	ICT Network Operations Center The ICT Network Operations Center (NOC) monitors and maintains the Data Network of the New Mexico State University and its remote campuses. We design, implement, and manage the essential networking infrastructure for NMSU. This involves IP Address management, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) management, Domain Name Services (DNS), wireless, wired, and dial-up, VPN, and Internet access.
